Golf sensation rivals Jenneke with pre-shot routine

Watch out Michelle Jenneke – there's a new contender gunning for your title of 'most over-the-top warm-up routine'.

Golf and Instagram sensation Paige Spiranac fired a shot across the bows of the Jenneke's world famous routine (see below) after posting a video of her pre-shot routine to social media.

In the footage, the 23-year-old Spiranac provocatively bends over to flick grass into the air and swishes her hair from one side to the other.

She then treats the fairway like her own personal catwalk, strutting up to the ball, shimmying her shoulders and firing towards the target with an elaborate pose on the follow through.

She ends the routine with another seductive parade down the fairway.

The video, which was captioned with #totallynotoversexualizingmyself #THISISAJOKE, has already been viewed over 430,000 times.

But the question remains – whose routine is more ridiculous?

Personal opinion may be an issue but if execution of race/shot following their routines was the mitigating factor then the following may determine the winner.

Spiranac is on the cusp of earning her LPGA card after winning her first professional tour earlier this year while Jenneke bombed out of the Rio Olympics in the opening heats of the 100m hurdles.
