Wanderers appoint new W-League coach

Richard Byrne will replace Norm Boardman as Western Sydney's W-League coach next season.

A former assistant coach at National Youth League level and with the Pararoos, Byrne's most recent job was with the NSW girls state team.

Assistant coach Leah Blayney and goalkeeping coach Davide Del Giovine will retain their roles.

The Wanderers finished seventh in the 2015-16 W-League.
