Unbelievable futsal flick goal

Futsal, the five-a-side indoor version of the beautiful game, is famous for its players’ unorthodox and incredible skills, but a goal scored by a Japanese star has to be seen to be believed.

With his country already up 3-0 in their clash with Guatemala at the Futsal Continental Cup, Yuki Murota intercepted a Guatemalan pass inside his own half.

Footage of the match shows Murota take a couple of touches and look to lure the ‘keeper off his line.

Incredibly –keep in mind he’s running at pace - Murota uses both of his legs to flick the ball over the ‘keeper and into the net.

The goal was the undoubted highlight of the 6-0 demolition, but it’s fair to say words don’t do it justice.
