Socceroo Ryan set for immediate EPL return

Mat Ryan will return straight into the Brighton side to face Fulham at Craven Cottage on Tuesday after returning to the EPL club from Asian Cup duty with the Socceroos.

Ryan has not played since Boxing Day due to his participation in the UAE but made an earlier that expected return to his club following Australia's shock defeat to the hosts last Friday.

Brighton's Iran winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh is still at the Asian Cup ahead of Monday's semi-final against Japan.
