Football superstars Lionel Messi and Neymar are revered for their brilliant ball control.

So who's best when it comes to juggling a ball?

Messi is. At least that was the outcome when the Barcelona teammates went head-to-head in a recent promotion for the Spanish club's major sponsor, Audi.

While simply timing who could juggle the ball longest would have been a fruitless task, the South American pair faced off in a challenge to see who could get the most touches in a 60 second battle to recharge a special football with energy.

Brazilian Neymar was ahead for much of the contest, before Argentinian Messi stormed back to steal the show, winning with 1004 watts to 984 watts.

Perhaps they could attach the ball to a light bulb.
