Man Utd lose to equal worst ever EPL start

Manchester United have equalled their worst ever start to a English Premier League season after they were beaten 3-1 at West Ham.

Felipe Anderson, a Victor Lindelof own goal and a third from Marko Arnautovic helped West Ham climb away from the relegation zone on Saturday, leaving United eighth, with 10 points from seven games.

West Ham led 2-0 at half-time and though Marcus Rashford pulled one back for United on 71 minutes, Arnautovic restored West Ham's two-goal advantage.

United had only 10 points at the same stage in 2013/14 but a better goal difference under manager David Moyes - who was sacked before the end of the campaign.
