With the match locked at 0-0 at the 52nd minute, Salhani was running at full pace in heavy traffic towards his goal when he struck the ball without breaking his stride.
The ball sailed over the Al Ramtha goalkeeper's head, leaving him stunned at how the game had just changed so suddenly.
Salhani's goal was enough to give his visiting side a 1-0 victory in the clash.
