ICoast Kolo Toure contracts malaria

Ivory Coast defender Kolo Toure has contracted malaria but is expected to recover in time for the World Cup.
The team doctor was quoted on Saturday on its website as saying the Liverpool defender probably contracted the illness on a visit home before the squad left for its training camp in the United States.
Toure was unable to play Friday in a 2-1 defeat to Bosnia-Herzegovina but is expected to return to training next week.

His brother Yaya and Hanover striker Didier Ya Konan also sat out the game with muscle problems.
