Football fan ‘blowtorched’ by security

Extraordinary footage has emerged of a football fan in Poland almost being set on fire by a security guard.

Vision of the incident, taken at a match between Slask Wroclaw and Zaglebie Lubin in the country's top flight Ekstraklasa, shows the supporter waving a flare while chanting songs with other fans in the stands.It's believed the security guard was attempting to douse the man in pepper spray, of which alcohol is a main ingredient. The result was a huge fireball that engulfed the supporter, forcing him to drop the flare in shock and run for cover.He reportedly escaped injury.
