EPL giants Chelsea to play Perth Glory in July

The date for Perth Glory's clash with EPL powerhouse Chelsea has been confirmed for Monday, July 23 at Optus Stadium.
More than 60,000 fans are expected to attend the friendly at Perth's new $1.5 billion stadium.
The match will be Chelsea's first visit to Perth since 1974.

Chelsea's last visit to Australia was in 2015, when they beat Sydney FC 1-0.
It remains to be seen who will represent Chelsea against Perth Glory, given the match will take place just eight days after the completion of the World Cup in Russia.
Chelsea are sitting fourth in the EPL title race, 19 points adrift of leaders Manchester City.
