Behrami returns to England to play

Swiss midfielder Valon Behrami is leaving SV Hamburg for Watford, the promoted English Premier League club said late on Saturday.

Behrami, 30, receives a three-year contract in his return to England.

His earlier stint in England was with West Ham 2008-11.

The takeover fee is estimated at 2 million euros ($A2.96 million).

Behrami moved to Hamburg in 2014 from Italy's Napoli on a two-year contract but club bosses were not happy with his lack of discipline and suggested he should find a new club.
