Barca star's sublime run leads to goal

Veteran Andes Iniesta has turned back the clock to complete one of football’s most dazzling runs before laying on a goal for Neymar in Barcelona’s Champions League win over PSG.

Neymar may have scored a brace as Barcelona progressed into the semi-finals but he had the Spanish midfield maestro to thank for his first goal.

Footage from the match shows Iniesta collect the ball from a defender deep in his own half.

He skips past two PSG opponents before beating a third and driving towards the penalty area before leaving the rest of the defence redundant with a pass to Neymar.

The Brazilian striker duly rounded goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu before slotting the ball into the back of the net.

"In my first goal Iniesta did everything. All I had to do was dribble past the goalkeeper and score," said Neymar, who took his tally to 30 goals for the season.

“I am very happy with the season I am having and we need to continue like this to achieve our objectives. We need to keep going and get to the final.”

The Nou Camp win saw Barcelona progress to the final four for the seventh time in eight seasons 5-1 on aggregate.

Elsewhere, Bayern Munich overcame a 3-1 first leg deficit with a 6-1 thumping of Porto.
