Amateur footballer’s hilarious double fail

An amateur footballer has embarrassed himself in front of his mates after two shocking fails in a matter of seconds.

The man was acting as goalkeeper during an indoor five-a-side match in Glasgow when he broke the cardinal rule of keeping by allowing a meek strike to dribble between his legs.

If that wasn't bad enough, when he turned and ran to kick the ball away from his line, he instead made contact with the net, resulting in an inglorious tumble that saw players across the pitch stop in their tracks and roar with laughter.

Adding insult to injury, the ball trickled over the line for a goal.
