Footballer dazzles with length of field goal

A young footballer has dazzled his rivals after completing a sizzling length of the field solo run to score a brilliant individual goal.

Playing for Algerian side Paradou AC against Blida in a junior match, the teenage defender showed sublime skill and a touch of the great Zenedine Zidane to dumbfound his opponents.

Taking the ball inside his own penalty box, the youngster easily beat the challenge of a Blida attacker with a slick piece of footwork before dribbling upfield, where he slalomed past two defenders.

Then, with the defence retreating he produced a brilliant Zidane-style pirouette to bamboozle another rival before coolly left-footing the ball past the Blida keeper into the back of the net.

While some of the defence was questionable, there's no denying the youngster's ball control and confidence to score a remarkable goal.

No doubt big things beckon for the boy.
