Marnus Labuschagne's incredible escape in vain as Queensland rolled for 95 in Shield final

Marnus Labuschagne was not able to make much of a lifeline he received early in the Sheffield Shield final, surviving as the ball rolled back onto his stumps.
The struggling Test star couldn't believe his luck as he turned to see the ball ricochet from the timber without dislodging his bails, but he was unable to make the most of his stroke of luck, removed moments later for a duck by Nathan McAndrew.
The commentators were quick to point out the ball hit the stumps at "reasonable pace".

Usman Khawaja was also dismissed cheaply in an early collapse, while Jack Clayton was run out first ball and Angus Lovell was also gone for eight.
Khawaja was caught in the deep for 2 off 28 balls after a strange early shot, after already being dropped twice in the slips.
South Australia won the toss and elected to field - a decision that worked wonders, with the Bulls rolled for 95 runs in their first innings.
Brendan Doggett did the majority of the damage, taking 6-31 off 11.5 overs, while the in-form McAndrew chipped in with two wickets.
It was a sorry morning for the Bulls, who lost their first five wickets for a measly 22 runs, before all-rounder Michael Neser (34 off 37) steadied the ship and restored some pride.
The match is being played at Karen Rolton Oval after a scheduling conflict forced it to move away from Adelaide Oval.
