Conor McGregor megafan sneaks in with Floyd Mayweather entourage for ringside seats
A cunning Conor McGregor fan managed to find himself in ringside seats beside high-profile celebrities after sneaking into the 'fight of the century' with Floyd Mayweather's entourage.
Englishman Oliver Regis, 32, followed Mayweather's security team for a significant upgrade on his $3,000 nosebleed seats at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
In the third row he sat beside NBA star LeBron James and his wife Savannah, as well as TV host Steve Harvey and former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, just to name a few of the star-studded names that surrounded him.
“I did feel a bit cheeky – but this was a once-in-a-lifetime chance. I could not believe it worked," Regis told The Sun.
“There were quite a few empty seats.
“I sat down in the third row and Mike Tyson then sat down behind me. LeBron James was on my row and I could see Leonardo DiCaprio."
Regis made the most of his opportunity, taking selfies with some of the biggest names in sport and entertainment.
“It was quite nerve-racking asking Tyson for a picture,” Regis said.
“He didn’t say anything – just nodded his head.”
