John Cena set for Aussie swansong as WWE confirms blockbuster Perth triple-header
John Cena's farewell tour from WWE will make a stop in Perth later this year and now the pro wrestling company has confirmed exactly what it's going to look like.
The record-setting 17-time world champion, who just recently surpassed Ric Flair with a victory in the main event of WrestleMania 41, will hang up the boots at year's end.
Cena will bow out after more than two decades with WWE, where he has become one of the all-time greats inside the squared circle.

And now, Aussie fans will get one last chance to see him in action as part of a three-day takeover at Perth's RAC Arena in October.
The triple-header will include SmackDown and Raw, as well as the Crown Jewel premium live event, which was officially unveiled on Friday afternoon.
It will likely mark the last time Cena competes outside of North America before retiring.
Adelaide's own and multi-time champ Rhea Ripley, as well as Sydney product Grayson Waller, were both on deck in the WA capital for the announcement.
WWE will host the multi-night extravaganza on the weekend of October 10-13.
Other names potentially on the card when WWE touches down in Australia could include Cody Rhodes, CM Punk and Becky Lynch.
Last year, the sports entertainment juggernaut held a pay-per-view at Optus Stadium, attracting a crowd of more than 52,000 fans at the AFL and cricket venue.
