'Get your house in order': Michael Chandler sends stern message to Conor McGregor after UFC 309 loss
Michael Chandler went down swinging in his loss against Charles Oliveira - but the tough UFC lightweight is still eyeing a showdown with Conor McGregor.
The 38-year-old was outclassed in the co-main event at UFC 309 by his Brazilian rival, losing via unanimous decision despite a late flurry in the fifth and final round.
Chandler went on the attack in the dying stages, but the grappling skills of Oliveira throughout the first 20 minutes of the bout made the judges' decision a no-brainer.

Speaking inside the octagon post-fight, Chandler sent a stern message to McGregor, who was meant to return to fight the American earlier this year before a toe injury.
"All I know how to do is throw American badass caution to the wind," he said.
"Madison Square Garden, are you not entertained?
"Conor McGregor, if you can ever get your house back in order like us real professionals have been keeping the octagon warm.
"Come back and beat me if you can."

Chandler played a long waiting game for McGregor, burning more than a year of his career, but hasn't given up hope of clashing with the Irish megastar.
After the fight, Chandler was spotted embracing US president-elect Donald Trump, who was in the front row next to Dana White and Elon Musk.
Oliveira was full of praise for Chandler after their five-round war.
"This guy is one of the toughest guys I have ever fought," he said.
"This guy deserves to be here, he has all my respect."
The No.2 ranked lightweight contender is now in line for another shot against current champion Islam Makhachev next year.
