Boxing world champion Amanda Serrano signs PFL deal to compete in 'super fight division'
The Professional Fighters League has landed another big fish with the signing of boxing world champion Amanda Serrano to its new pay-per-view super fight division.
Serrano, from Puerto Rico, is the undisputed world featherweight champion with a dominant 44-2-1 boxing record that includes a remarkable 30 knockouts.
The 34-year-old joins superstars Francis Ngannou, Jake Paul and Kayla Harrison in the fledgling division, with her first PFL fight yet to be confirmed.

Serrano also holds a 2-0-1 MMA record and a 5-0 record in No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu with four submissions.
Her last MMA bout was a 2021 victory over Valentina Garcia by submission.
Serrano said the deal was "an incredible opportunity to elevate my career to new heights and prove my ability beyond just the ring".

"I may be known for boxing, but I've always loved and trained in MMA and Jiu-Jitsu, knowing those skills would only add to my ability when going against any opponent," Serrano said.
"I can't wait to step back into the cage and deliver thrilling performances and unforgettable moments for fans around the world."
Co-creators Nakisa Bidarian and Jake Paul described her as a "natural fit" for the PFL.
"She's a knockout queen in the ring and has shown to be a submission artist in the cage," they said in a joint statement.
