'I want it again': Mike Tyson says he's 'interested' in Jake Paul rematch after Mayweather clash
Mike Tyson said he wants a rematch with Jake Paul after his exhibition clash with fellow boxing great Floyd Mayweather in 2026.
Tyson, who turns 60 next year, will return to the ring after his loss to Paul last year in an eight-round bout. He'll meet the unbeaten Mayweather, 48, who said the "exhibition will give the fans what they want."
In the aftermath of the Paul fight, Tyson reportedly spent a large chunk of his $US20 million fight purse on a $US13 million ($A20.6 million) mansion in Florida.

Speaking to Hardrock.bet, Tyson said he still has plans to compete, reiterating that he was "really ill" during the sanctioned bout with Paul in November last year.
"I didn't want to use that for an excuse, but I had some real bad health problems, but I'm fine now," Tyson says. "I have no excuses. I feel good right now. This is the best I've felt. I can't wait to start getting in the ring. I learned [a lot] from my last fight."
No date or site has been provided for the Mayweather bout, although Tyson said it would take place in "March or April."

And even though he'll be approaching retirement age midway through next year he says he wants to run it back with Paul.
"I left a lot of my fight in the gym. I worked too hard. I was too intense; I was too extreme. I need to relax more. That's what I always believe. I need to relax more," he said.
"I'm getting more and more confident, and I believe I'll be better in the next fight coming up.
"But this fight right here, I think I'd be more adapted, because I had my other two experiences. I realised how to train this time, than other times.
"I'm just hoping, after this Floyd fight, maybe we can have a rematch. Yes, I would be interested in that."

"He did well, but I want to try it again."
Tyson was a heavyweight champion and though Mayweather won titles in five weight classes, none was above the 154-pound limit of junior middleweight. His last official bout of his 50-win career was against MMA star Conor McGregor in 2017.
That fight, along with his victories over Manny Pacquiao and Canelo Alvarez, were the three richest bouts in boxing history.
Despite throwing verbal jabs at each other for years, Tyson said he holds no ill will towards Mayweather.
"I think I got a pretty decent relationship with him. I don't hate him, you know what I'm speaking. I don't have any harsh feelings."
