Interim world champion Tim Tszyu undergoes emergency surgery for dog bite
Tim Tszyu underwent emergency surgery on Saturday in a mishap that has thrown preparations for his June 18 fight into disarray.
The interim WBO super-welterweight champion suffered a dog bite to his arm in an accident on the weekend and will be unable to train until doctors give him the green light.

The 28-year-old is due to defend his interim WBO super-welterweight title against Carlos Ocampo on the Gold Coast in three weeks.

The Tszyu camp is confident he will be able to take his place for the fight.
"Tim Tszyu was treated by the team doctor and surgeon on Saturday afternoon for a laceration on his right forearm," Tszyu's manager Glen Jennings said via a statement.
"The wound was superficial. The post surgical report is all good.
"There is no doubt that Tim will be ready and 100 percent healthy and focused to take on Carlos Ocampo on June 18."
Tszyu's promoter George Rose: "Like everyone, I was shocked and worried when I first heard the news.
"It's certainly not the ideal preparation anytime a fighter ends up in hospital a few weeks out from world title fight but the best news right now is that Tim is doing ok.
"He has the best and most experienced team around him in world boxing. They have reassured me he'll be more than ready on June 18 to take on Ocampo.
"If they're confident, I'm confident."
