Tim Tszyu stops Jack Brubaker in four after Jeff Fenech throws in the towel
Tim Tszyu believes he wiil be ready whenever a boxing world title shot comes, after a convincing fourth-round stoppage of fellow Sydneysider Jack Brubaker.
Tszyu landed the harder blows throughout Friday night's fight in Sydney, frequently tagging Brubaker with hard right-hand shots to the head.
The end came when Brubaker's trainer Jeff Fenech threw the towel in 91 seconds into round four, sparing his charge further punishment, as he was clearly wilting under Tszyu's relentless bombardment.

Underdog Brubaker, who moved up a division for the fight, tried to come forward to pressure Tszyu, but had little success.
Fenech was in Brubaker's corner just two months after undergoing major surgery in Thailand.
Tszyu, the IBF No.7 and WBO No.12-rated junior middleweight, improved his record to 15-0 with 11 KOs and retained a couple of regional titles.
Tszyu said he was showing off different things and was just getting warmed up when the bout ended.
"We want more titles and we want them in Sydney," Tszyu said.
It was his fourth win this year.

Asked if he was ready for a world title shot, Tszyu said "I'll be ready for it whenever it is - it's all up to my team.
Brubaker dropped to 16-3-2.
"All credit to Tim; he's a big strong boy; he's full of class," Brubaker said.
"I'm looking forward to saying that one day that I shared the ring with him."

Tszyu has headlined three Main Event pay-for-view television cards this year and his promoter Matt Rose said the crowd of close to 4000 on Friday was the biggest attendance at any of those shows.
"The more of you that are joining in, the bigger the show is for me, the more motivation I get," Tszyu told the crowd.
"We want world titles and we want them in Sydney.
"Thank you to everyone from Australia, not just Sydney, everyone from Australia and everyone in Russia as well."
While happy to fight in his home city of Sydney, 25-year-old Tszyu has also had professional bouts in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and New Zealand
He dreams of fighting in Russia, the birthplace of his father Kostya, the former undisputed world junior-welterweight champion, and the United States.
"I think I am getting better every time," Tszyu said.
Fenech, who spared Brubaker by throwing in the towel to stop the pummelling his fighter was getting, acknowledged Tszyu's class and potential.
"I always knew Tim is an excellent fighter, he showed that tonight " Fenech said.
"Jack showed what a great courageous guy he is, Jack will go back down to welterweight and hopefully rule that division.
"This is Tim's division and he deserves to be the champion.
"If he can be half as good as his dad, he'll be one of the greatest fighters Australia has produced."
