Townsville Crocodiles exit NBL

The NBL's Townsville Crocodiles are no more.
The club has announced it has withdrawn from the league, effective immediately, after its board decided it was no longer a commercially sustainable entity.

It means the NBL will remain an eight-team competition with the Brisbane Bullets returning next season.
