Dellavedova signs big-money deal with Bucks

Australian NBA champion Matthew Dellavedova has reaped the rewards of his stellar season to reportedly sign a $51 million deal with the Milwaukee Bucks.

Both ESPN and NBA.com have reported the deal and Cleveland Cavaliers teammate LeBron James has tweeted his congratulations as well.

While Dellevedova told reporters earlier this week he wanted to stay in Cleveland, the new deal eclipses the $1.4 million a season he was offered to stay with the champions.

Dellavedova played a limited role for the Cavaliers this past season. He averaged just 7.5 points and 4.4 assists while playing 24.6 minutes per game. His involvement further diminished in the playoffs, as he played just 12.1 minutes per contest.
