LeBron, Delly handshake cracks up social media
Australian Cavaliers star Matthew Dellavedova is so blue collar, even NBA royalty LeBron James can’t get him to indulge in anything fancy, lest of all handshakes.
In the moments after Cleveland’s thrilling 95-93 overtime win over the Golden State Warriors to level the NBA Finals 1-1, Cavaliers players were congratulating one another on-court.
Footage shows James go through an intricate multiple fist bumps version with James Jones before engaging in an old school firm grasp of the hand, look a man in the eye handshake with the gritty Australian, who could only grin. The difference in the two handshakes had Twitter users in stitches.

With the Warriors trailing by one point with 10.1 seconds left in overtime the Australian grabbed the offensive rebound and was fouled.
He stepped to the free throw line with 19,500 Warriors fans screaming for him to miss and sunk both to put his team ahead before defending league MVP Steph Curry as he missed what would have been a game-winning three pointer.
James paid tribute to the unlikely Australian hero following the upset win. “He (Dellavedova) came out and defended, he rebounded, made timely shots and he was huge for us," James said of Dellavedova.
"We knew we could count on him. We have been in this position before and he gave us everything and more tonight.”The Australian finished nine points, five rebounds and three steals from 42 minutes on the court, though statistics belie his contribution.
