NBA world refusing to buy into Ben Simmons 'propaganda'

The basketball world is falling to be bated into yet another Ben Simmons training video which shows the Aussie draining multiple jumpers and sinking a deep three.

Around this time every year, the obligatory Simmons workout clip hits the internet showing the Australian nailing his shooting game.

When Simmons posted videos upon entering the league, the clips provided fans with some hope he may incorporate a shot into his game.

But the yearly clips have now become a running joke among fans who often ask when the Australian will unlock his talent by trying to become more of an all-round player.

Just under a fortnight ago, Simmons' camp shared a video of the Aussie in the gym with Los Angeles Clippers veteran Rajon Rondo — draining uncontested three-pointers.

It's now been followed up with new vision of the 76ers star mixing it with the pros in a game of pick-up in which he drains a deep three, hits contested jumpers and dishes out some nifty dimes.

The NBA world, however, is reluctant to buy into the hype.
