Australian teenager Ben Simmons can say goodbye to US college basketball and focus on his future life as an NBA multi-millionaire.
Simmons' Louisiana State University suffered a humiliating 71-38 loss to Texas A&M on Saturday, ending their hopes of making next week's elite end-of-season NCAA Tournament.
The 19-year-old from Melbourne, who had 10 points and 12 rebounds, is expected to quit LSU, declare for June's NBA Draft where he is projected to be the first pick and sign a $US100 million shoe deal with Nike or another sporting goods giant.
