Basketballers rarely react well to ejections, but this epic tantrum was something else.

American guard Terrell Stoglin was not one bit pleased with being ejected in game seven of the Venezuelan basketball league finals. The Trotamundos BBC star snatched the ball from an official and kicked it away into the stands.

He wasn't finished however.

He then ripped off his shirt and chucked it at another official as he walked off the court, and as the crowd jeered him on him way out, Stoglin gave them a fiery middle-finger salute.

Stoglin's unsavoury actions led to his club releasing an apology on social media after the game.

Stoglin had a tumulutuous college basketball career at Maryland. Despite averaging an impressive 21.6 points per game for the Terrapins in 2011-12, a "violation" of the school's code of conduct got him suspended and forced him to declare early for the NBA Draft, but no team took him.

Trotamundos BBC lost the game 97-86, and the series to Guaros de Lara.
