Suns unhappy with Hawks' O'Meara offer

Gold Coast have set a deadline of 2pm Thursday and say Hawthorn must improve their offer to secure Suns midfielder Jaeger O'Meara.
Suns chairman Tony Cochrane says the AFL clubs are a long way from agreeing to terms and if no deal is done O'Meara will go to the draft.

"As of late yesterday afternoon the best they can come up with compensation is pick 10 and pick 48, which putting us to one side just from O'Meara's point of view that's a pretty low-ball offer," Cochrane told SEN radio.
