Prosecutors drop 'forcible touching' charges against Jordan De Goey
Suspended Collingwood superstar Jordan De Goey will no longer face charges of groping a woman, after his arrest in New York.
Nine's Michael Genovese broke the news this morning that prosecutors have decided against pursuing any charges in relation to a 35-year-old female.

He'll still have to appear in court on December 8 charged with the assault and harassment of a 37-year-old man. De Goey has pleaded not guilty to that charge.
De Goey was stood down by the Magpies on the weekend, with the club saying it was "deeply disappointed" by the events that allegedly took place in New York.
Port Adelaide great Kane Cornes said yesterday he expects Collingwood to dump De Goey within the next 12 months.
The New York incident is the latest in a string of controversies involving the 25-year-old, including lying over the cause of a broken hand and a drink driving charge.
Speaking to SEN Radio, Cornes said the latest incident is likely to be the last straw for the Magpies.

"I think they will be (finished with him). I'm not going to say that he won't play for Collingwood again, but in terms of his long-term future I can't see there's a way beyond next year that he's at Collingwood," he said.
"To see the images and the videos coming through social media, which were tracked down, it's about the most embarrassing thing I can remember of a player who, a week prior, was telling us how fit he was going to be and how hard he had been training.
"It's not going to cut it, particularly in these times. How many chances does this guy need?"
