Ben Cousins arrested in Perth

Ben Cousins has been arrested by police after allegedly breaching a violence restraining order.
Radio 6PR reports the troubled former AFL star has been charged with the breach, and possession of methamphetamine.
The 2005 Brownlow Medallist and 2006 West Coast Eagles premiership player was taken into police custody in Canning Vale yesterday afternoon.

Cousins was refused bail and held in the Perth lock-up last night.
He is due to appear in Armadale Magistrates Court this morning.
