Barnett wears Hawks scarf of shame

West Australian Premier Colin Barnett has honoured a bet by wearing a Hawthorn scarf after West Coast's defeat in the AFL grand final.
He and Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews made the bet last week, agreeing that the loser would wear the winning team's scarf.
Mr Barnett tweeted a photograph from a cabinet meeting on Monday, saying: "I can see this is going to be a long week."

It's the second time Mr Barnett has had to wear the Hawks scarf, after losing a similar wager in 2013 when Fremantle lost to Hawthorn in the grand final.
