All AFL clubs will soon have talent academies as the league tries to broaden its reach around the country.
The league wants to expand into more indigenous communities and also attract additional children from Asian and African backgrounds into the game.

Each Victorian club has been assigned regions and the AFL will soon do the same for the WA and SA teams, while the northern states already have their talent academies.
