Three losses on the trot has seen West Coast's premiership hopes take a massive dive. The continued absence of spearhead Josh Kennedy robs West Coast of their most potent goalkicker. But the Cats will also be without their main goalkicker - the suspended Tom Hawkins as well as fellow big man Mark Blicavs. Geelong are purring following wins over top-four rivals the Bulldogs, Port Adelaide, and Adelaide. Patrick Dangerfield tallied 31 disposals and three goals against the Crows, and he'll be licking his lips against an Eagles engine room that has struggled to fire without adequate ruck support this season.
Key: Can West Coast's midfield match it with a top-four heavyweight? The Eagles have been smashed at the clearances in a number of losses this season. If they can't at least break even in this area against the Cats, then Patrick Dangerfield and Joel Selwood could cut them to shreds.
