AFL could act over Greene's raised boots

Toby Greene's controversial boot stud incidents could lead to an AFL crackdown.
The GWS star was fined for misconduct last season when his outstretched leg caught Western Bulldogs opponent Luke Dahlhaus in the face.
But Greene escaped penalty for two incidents in the elimination final win over Sydney, where his boot studs connected with Nick Newman and Aliir Aliir.

Match reviewer Michael Christian looked at the two incidents and said Newman should have been paid a free kick.
It is now on the agenda as the AFL reviews the tribunal system, with any changes to be confirmed by December.
The league could decide to ban any action where a player makes contact with an opponent with raised boot studs.
