There is nothing flat about this 150kg man known as Mr. Pancake when it comes to track and field.

Kardell Thomas, a teenager who will play college football for Louisiana State University next season, showcased his speed when he ran the last leg of a relay at a track meet in the US.

He didn’t lead his team to victory, but Thomas still showed an impressive running style and enough speed to suggest he is an impressive athlete.

Soon-to-be US college footballer Kardell Thomas showed a great deal of speed.

Usain Bolt he is not, but that speed suggests he’s in for some good performances with the LSU Tigers on the college football scene.

While Thomas didn’t cross the line first, he was a winner nonetheless.
