Mum tries to run over son-in-law after he exposed their affair

A US woman has allegedly tried to run over her daughter’s ex-husband after her affair with the man was exposed, according to a police report.

Kathleen Regina Davis, 58, told police she’d had an affair with Michael Sciarra while he was dating her daughter Hannah.

Sciarra, 33, eventually told Hannah about their indiscretion, a move Davis claims “ruined” her relationship with her daughter.

Police in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, allege Davis drove to Sciarra’s house on September 20 in her Mercedez Benz. 

There, a report obtained by the Palm Beach Post claims, she proceeded to throw eggs at his residence and vehicles.

Having heard the banging from inside the house, Sciarra came outside and began dialling 911.

When officers arrived on the scene, Davis was driving in circles in the front yard of the house in an attempt to hit Sciarra, who was running in different directions to avoid the car.

The father of two told police Davis almost struck him several times and that he was scared for his life.

The woman allegedly told officers she wanted to run Sciarra over and wanted him to die.

Sciarra and Davis’ daughter are currently in the midst of divorce proceedings.

Davis now faces a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
