Tziporah Malkah shares worrying photo to Instagram

Tziporah Malkah has left fans and friends worried after sharing a confronting photo of herself with bruising around her eye on Instagram.

Sharing the post on Wednesday morning, the 45-year-old initially captioned the photo: "You wanna take me on? So take me on!"

The dark purple bruising under her eye left many concerned, with fans and pals reaching out to ask Malkah if she was okay in the comments section.

"Jesus! What the f—k happened?" one friend asked.

Another said: "What the hell?! Hope that your beautiful eye is not damaged!"

"So sorry you're hurt. Let me know if you need a care pack and I'll drop by with one," another added.

Malkah later added to her post, expanding the caption to let her friends know she is "okay" and has "magnificent mates" around her to look out for her.

"Please don't be alarmed: the last thing I need is a panic situation," she wrote.

But friends were still upset that she had been injured, one writing: "I feel sick in the stomach seeing that photo and thinking of you (or any woman, worse that it's you) being hit."

Malkah, however, has not stated the cause of her injury. 9Honey has reached out to her for comment.

The concerning photo comes just weeks after the former model was temporarily banned from Facebook for sharing 'graphic' images to the social media platform, as well as Instagram.

In early July she explained in an Instagram video that she had been banned from the site for three days, after sharing an image of "bare breasts."

Malkah was one of Australia's most popular models in the 1990s and was engaged to businessman James Packer.

She appeared on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here in 2017, then disappeared from the spotlight for a while before unveiling her 50kg weight loss earlier this year.
