Seven CEO’s former mistress Amber Harrison set to sign final deal

Seven West Media CEO Tim Worner’s former mistress Amber Harrison looks set to sign a final settlement deal, after battling in court for more than seven months over her claims against Worner.

The Australian reports that Seven’s board are set to pay $50,000 of Harrison’s legal fees in return for an apology to the women named in her complaint made to the Australian Human Rights Commission. 

However, the deal is still hanging in the balance, with neither parties believed to have signed yet. 

Harrison was working as the assistant to former Seven executive and now CEO of Bauer media, Nick Chan when she willingly entered into a sexual relationship with CEO Tim Worner. Over time their relationship soured, and Ms Harrison made a series of allegations against Mr Worner including cocaine-fueled sex sessions, abuse of company credit cards, corporate governance issues and claims he had affairs with four other members of staff.
