Schapelle Corby's Bali holiday advice: ‘Lock your bags’

Schapelle Corby has been keeping the media on their toes since her release from a Bali prison in February this year, but if you want to know what she’s really thinking, all it takes is a look at her popular Instagram account.

The convicted drug smuggler has gained over 200,000 followers since setting up her account in May, and regular replies to other followers who comment on her pictures and videos. 

Her latest cheeky comment comes after she posted a video from earlier this year, which showed her signing her prison release papers. She wrote:

A follower then commented on the post to ask if she has any recommendations for sightseeing in Bali. Schapelle replied: “Lock your bags”.




Since arriving back in the country after serving her 12-year sentence in Indonesia for cannabis smuggling, Schapelle has enjoyed playing cat and mouse with the media, using her Instagram to show how she has alluded the cameras.

Schapelle has been documenting her movements as well as raising awareness for missing child William Tyrell.

When a user praised her on her latest post for raising awareness about the little boy, she replied: “Where is William Tyrell?”

She was pictured carrying a bag emblazoned with the same message on her departure from Bali.
