A look back at Princess Madeleine of Sweden's exquisite style
Princess Madeleine of Sweden has long been a royal style icon dating all the way back to the early noughties when she was in her 20s.
Madeleine is the daughter and youngest child of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden.
The Swedish princess has grown up with the eyes of the world watching her – of course witnessing her exquisite style transformation.
From strapless ballgowns for royal occasions to chic A-line skirts and floral patterns, Madeleine's style has embraced different colour palettes, hair colours and tiaras.
As the royal celebrates her 42nd birthday on June 10, 2024 let's take a look back at how Sweden's fashionable royal has dressed over the years.

The princess also incorporated modern styles and fabrics for her royal appearances.
