Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have made some changes to their team.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made two new hires in their PR team after promoting Former Director of Global Communications, Miranda Barbot, to Vice President of Programs and Media Operations.

Ashley Hansen remains in her position as Head of Communications, and Charlie Gipson and Kyle Boulia have now been hired to work under her in replacement of Barbot.

Gipson has been hired as Director of Communications.

He will be based in the UK and will be the main point of contact for all European media outlets.

He has formerly led campaigns for brands such as Instagram and Samsung over his two decades of Public Relations experience.

Boulia will work as the Deputy Press Secretary and Director of Communications for the couple.

He will be based in the US as the main contact for media outlets in the States, with previous experience in both sports and entertainment.

The adjustments to their PR team come just days after it was announced that Prince Harry was now an official resident of the United States.

A royal biographer now says that Harry could be preparing to cut ties with the royal family.

Tom Quinn believes that he will be saying his "final goodbye" to the UK when he returns for an upcoming event commemorating ten years of the Invictus Games.

"Harry is scheduled to speak at St Paul's Cathedral in London on May 8 to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games," Quinn told The Mirror US.

"The games were founded by Harry when he was still a working Royal, so pressure isn't being brought to bear to make him give it up now."
