Pippa Middleton reveals her baby's exercise regimen
Pippa Middleton was thrust into the global spotlight as the maid of honour in her sister's wedding to the future King of England.
Royal watchers and punters alike commented on Pippa's figure, dressed in a form-fitting silk dress, as she carried the train on Kate Middleton's gown during the 2011 Royal Wedding.
It will come as no surprise, then, that the new mum follows a strict exercise regimen, which now includes her son, Arthur.

Writing in her weekly column for Waitrose Weekend, Pippa, 36, shared how she has incorporated her almost one-year-old son into her gym routine.
"Now that Arthur is 11 months old and more mobile, I have been trying to come up with different activities to do with him," the author writes.
"I needed to find something more than just park walks in the pram."
Thankfully, the Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister is local to a baby gym, which she claims to be her "saving grace."

"It's a big space full of fun, soft objects, playmats, stairs, balls, swings, mini trampolines and more to stimulate and physically engage babies and toddlers," Pippa says, adding that they also old classes with "structured activities that help promote movement, balance and strength."
"Arthur burns lots of energy in this safe environment and learns many physical skills. I have also noticed him building his confidence with each visit."
Earlier this year, Pippa wrote in the same column about her then six-month-old son taking a liking to swimming, one of the main exercises the mum says kept her fit when she was pregnant.
Arthur is Pippa's first child with her husband James Matthews, a hedge fund manager she married in May 2017. The couple honeymooned here in Australia.
