The detail missing from Meghan's Commonwealth Day outfits
Meghan Markle has been really flexing her fashion guns over the past few days, appearing in a stunning black and white outfit over the weekend, then following it up with a show-stopping emerald ensemble.
But there's been something missing from her looks lately, and royal fans were shocked when they spotted it.

When she appeared alongside Prince Harry for a Commonwealth Day event in London yesterday, eagle-eyed fans noted Meghan's left hand was noticeably bare, with her stunning diamond engagement ring nowhere to be seen.
That morning she had been making taffy with children at an event at London's Canada House, some fans guessing she had wanted to avoid getting her ring dirty there, however her ring was still missing at a church service later that day.
Though her wedding band was still firmly in place, the duchess had left her engagement ring at home all day, prompting fans to speculate that she may be starting to experience a bit of pregnancy swelling.

Of course, it could just be that Meghan is having the ring cleaned, or – god forbid – had a case of baby brain that morning and forgot to put it on, but 'pregnancy fingers' seems like the most likely cause.
Plenty of women find their hands and feet start to swell during the later stages of pregnancy, and given the former actress is only a month off her due date, it wouldn't be surprising if she had started to experience the same symptoms.
As such, her engagement ring may have started to feel too tight on her swollen fingers, prompting her to leave it at home for the next few weeks as she awaits the arrival of her first child in April.

Meghan's ring was designed by Harry himself and is comprised of three diamonds, with one large stone in the middle and two smaller stones on the sides.
The two flanking stones were actually from Princess Diana's personal jewellery collection, while the centre diamond is from Botswana, a nation close to the couple's hearts.
Harry flew Meghan to the African nation for their third date, with the pair staying there for five days together and really getting to know each other one-on-one.

Now she's had to take off her engagement ring, we're sure Meghan is missing it, but she isn't the first royal mum-to-be to ditch her rings when they got a little too tight.
Kate Middleton appeared without her iconic engagement ring, the same one Diana wore during her marriage to Prince Charles, in the latter stages of her pregnancy with Prince Louis last year.
