Meghan Markle's ex-husband weds heiress days after birth of royal baby

Meghan Markle's ex-husband Trevor Engelson has wed for a second time, just days after the birth of her first child.

Engelson, who was married to the former Suits actress for two years, divorcing in 2011, has tied the knot with Tracey Kurland – a nutritionist and daughter of a multi-millionaire – in a lavish ceremony at a beach resort in California, according to Us Weekly.

Engelson, who is a producer and talent agent in Los Angeles, married his 32-year-old bride at the Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito, California, after announcing their engagement in June 2018.

Photos of the couple were posted to a friend's Instagram, with the pair looking as loved-up as ever. They appeared to be at their rehearsal dinner on Friday.

Kurland was dressed in a simple but elegant lace dress, while Engleson was wearing a pastel pink suit paired with black loafers.

Meghan was married to Engelson from 2011 to 2013, having been together for seven years prior.

It was reportedly the struggle of maintaining a long-distance marriage during Meghan’s time working on the TV drama Suits that led to the couple’s divorce.

Three years after splitting from her ex, Meghan was set up on a date with Prince Harry through the pair's mutual friend.

The couple married last year on May 18 at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.

Five months after their wedding, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they were expecting their first child after touching down in Sydney ahead of their first international royal tour together.

On Monday May 6, 2019, the 37-year-old gave birth to a healthy baby boy, whom the couple decided to name Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
