Kate Middleton not included in Meghan and Harry's 'list of royals they'd work with'
Believe it or not, it's almost been 12 months since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made the decision to step down from their royal duties, moving to California with their son Archie.
Since leaving the royal family, the Sussexes have been busy, launching a non-profit organisation, the Archewell Foundation, a Netflix partnership, Archewell productions, and a Spotify podcast, Archewell Audio.
Although they originally 'planned to balance their time between the United Kingdom and North America,' COVID-19 meant the couple has been residing at their Santa Barbara residence all year.

The couple vowed to stay close to the royal family after they quit, confirming in a statement they still support and would like to work with the Queen in the future, as well as Prince Charles and Prince William, although Kate Middleton was noticeably missing from their list.
The official statement, released on January 18, 2020 said they wished to "carve out a progressive new role within this institution."
"We intend to step back as 'senior' members of the Royal Family, and work to become financially independent, while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen," the statement read, saying they will continue to "honour our duty to The Queen, the Commonwealth, and our patronages."
"This geographic balance will enable us to raise our son with an appreciation for the royal tradition into which he was born, while also providing our family with the space to focus on the next chapter, including the launch of our new charitable entity," it continued.

"We look forward to sharing the full details of this exciting next step in due course, as we continue to collaborate with Her Majesty The Queen, The Prince of Wales, The Duke of Cambridge, and all relevant parties."
There has been many rumours of a rift between the royal brothers, many speculating that Prince William advised Harry to 'slow down' his relationship with Meghan.
