Kate Middleton recycles iconic Gucci 'wardrobe malfunction' blouse

Kate Middleton is known for recycling her fashion, often wearing her favourite pieces time and time again.

Now she's been spotted in a blouse she suffered a surprising royal wardrobe malfunction in.

And, surprisingly enough, she seems to have worn it the 'wrong way' yet again.

Appearing in a video Q & A session for her Early Years project, the Duchess of Cambridge donned a stunning purple pussybow blouse.

It's the same Gucci style she wore during a visit with parents and children at the Henry Fawcett Children's Centre in 2019, and it kicked up a stir then.

Kate appeared to be wearing the blouse back-to-front at that appearance last year, as the buttons were visible on the front of her shirt.

In product pictures from the Gucci website, it was clear that the blouse was intended to be styled with the buttons at the back.

Further proof of the duchess' wardrobe mistake could be seen on her cuffs, which also appeared to be facing the wrong direction, supporting the theory she was wearing it the wrong way around.

There was a fair bit of talk about the blouse at the time, with fans wondering if Kate was making a fashion statement or had simply put the blouse on wrong.

But it seems her choice was intentional, as she's worn the blouse 'backwards' again in her most recent appearance.

The clips and photos from her Q & A show the buttons - once again - at the front of the blouse, and her cuffs seem to face the wrong way again.

Of course, the Duchess still looks divine in the regal purple shirt, so does it really matter that it may be back-to-front?

Kate certainly doesn't seem to think so, and we'll likely see her rock the back-to-front blouse again in the future given her love for recycling styles.
