Camilla shows off a new working-from-home setup

The COVID-19 pandemic means people all over the world have had to adapt to working from home –– the royals included.

As they video called into events they couldn't attend in person, viewers worldwide got a rare peek into the homes of the royal family. This week, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall has given viewers a look inside her and Prince Charles' London residence, Clarence House, as she discussed a new national initiative to help survivors of domestic abuse, via a video call.

The call took place in Clarence House's Morning Room, which has been the backdrop of many important events for the family, including the backdrop of Prince George's christening photos.

In the video, Camilla is seen sitting at a glass-topped table with a crackling fireplace in the background.

In the video, she spoke to two representatives from SafeLives, a charity that works to assist domestic violence survivors in Britain.

During the call, they discussed the new campaign, 'Ask for ANI' which company has launched the campaign with Boots pharmacies, with domestic abuse sufferers now being able to walk into one of the stores and request help by "Ani," which stands for Action Needed Immediately, in a sentence.

"It's pure brilliance because it's so simple yet so effective," the Duchess said. "My heart is well and truly in it, so I'd really like to do anything to help all these wonderful people."

Since it was launched, the service has successfully been used by at least one person a day to help them access potentially life-saving support.

The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall are said to be staying at Highgrove House in Gloucestershire during the UK's COVID-19 lockdown.

Camilla spent two weeks of March 2020 quarantining away from her husband after he tested positive for the deadly virus, which ended just in time to celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary
