British schoolchildren are celebrating the royal wedding in the sweetest way

The British are famous for their reserved nature - stiff upper lip and on with the show.

But some things get even the most reserved of Brits going, and it seems an excuse for a celebration is one of them.

Still, the late Princess Diana’s Press Secretary, Dickie Arbiter, told 9Honey locals aren’t publicly showing their excitement about Saturday’s royal wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just yet.

“We’re very laid back, us Brits,” Arbiter told us.

“We don’t sort of buzz until the day itself.”

9Honey was invited to All Saints Church Of England Primary School in Fulham, London to watch their very own Royal Wedding ceremony.

Each grade has chosen their own Harry and Meghan to walk down the red carpet in wedding gowns and suits made from the daily newspapers. There was even a red-haired prince!
