Today, we're 'waking up' with singer and actor Rob Mills.

What time do you wake up?

"It varies from day to day, but generally speaking 6-6:30am."

How many alarms do you set?

"I only set an alarm if I have to get up. Mainly for naps."

Tea or coffee?

"Coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoons."

TV or radio, podcast or silence?

"I'll always flick on ABC Breakfast to watch Georgie." [Presenter Georgie Tunny is Rob's partner.]

What do you eat for breakfast?

"I do love bacon and eggs, but mainly a couple of pieces of toast."

How long does it take you to get out the door?

"20 minutes. Up. Shower. Quick stretch. Toast. Coffee. Done."

Any unusual morning rituals or habits?

"I've been trying to not use my phone for the first 30 minutes once I wake. I find it hard to do, but it's definitely better for my brain."

What's the one thing you never have time for in the morning?

"I'll make the time."

What's the one thing you always do in the morning?

"Cold shower. It's the best."
